Goodness gracious wowzee me ahahahah HI EVERYONE! (all... holy SHIT like 850 of you are you friggin kidding me why i dont update here like ever i havent even done anything recently)

WELL! I've been at work (retail, I still frame artwork for Michaels) and it's kept me REALLY busy, and now we're coming into the holiday season so that is NOT changing. :/ BUT! Something else super-exciting is coming up soon, and I'm really looking forward to it! It's... *drumroll* ...NYCC! The boyfriend and I (and friends! awesome friends!) are going to New York Comic Con this October, so I'm scraping costumes together in the final seconds possible. If anyone's curious, our (tentative!) costume plans are as follows;
FRIDAY: Castiel for me (Supernatural) and Rorschach for Justin (Watchmen). We'll be trenchcoat buddies!
SATURDAY: Emil (No. 7) for me, and the King of Facade for Justin (both characters are from the video game Nier)
SUNDAY: Empress Jesamine for me and Corvo for Justin (from the video game Dishonored)
I'll post up photos or something when all six costumes are complete, but for any in-progress stuff- really, any updates more frequent than here- I'd recommend checking at my tumblr at cgeez.tumblr.com!
You guys are all wonderful. Thank you for the faves and follows! Hopefully, sometime, I will stop being such a deadbeat and actually upload new content here.

Welp, this is a bit unnerving.
I log in after some long, long, long hiatus and realize that the last time I actually did something here was....
...four years ago. Oops.
I don't know whether to apologize or not- I don't know if anyone still actually cares about this page or not! (I've certainly put it on the backburner, at least)- and I can't promise I'll be back very often, but I'll make an effort. Life seems to have stabilized enough that I can try.
On that note, I'm a little easier to find over on instagram now, since I actually check that. And post! I actually post things! XD @Cgeezman would be the way to find me, if that's anybody's interest.

It's been a while! :D I've logged back in for the first time in a... well, my last journal was two-and-a-half months ago, so we'll go with that. Geez! Life has been really hectic from the holiday season, but now it's over, so hurrah. Work has kept me pretty busy until just about a week ago, but that's changing a little so there's breathing room and free time again. :D
The only thing that's really happened was that I got engaged back in October! At NYCC, Justin popped the question. I probably should have mentioned something. XD
I'm getting back to being active on Tumblr again, too, and can be found at cgeez.tumblr.com a bit more often
Because I haven't done anything recently...
...Except for work on cosplay things for AnimeNext!
If you're going to AN this year, keep your eyes peeled! I'm going Friday (evening) and Saturday as Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite (preview pictures can be found at this http://cgeez.tumblr.com/tagged/bioshock_infinite ). It would be really cool to meet/talk to you! :) Hope to see some awesome people there!
Back from Mexico!
Just got back from a weeklong stay in the Mexican Riviera- and, in addition to sunburn, I got some pictures I like! I'll post them soon, with a quick vacay summary. It was amazing. I love knowing Spanish.
I am so tired. Customs took forever.

Welcome back! Tumblr just takes over from DA for so many people, ahaha. Maybe it's how tumblr is a blogging website and not 100% art based, who knows? I'm writing this message 3 months after you posted this journal, so I guess I'd say it's been a while for me too. I'd say good luck with NYCC, but i'm a few months too late haha, so 'll just say good luck with all that is going on for you right now~
